Since Vaonis has upgraded the sensor in the Vespera Pro compared to the regular Vespera, they installed a corrector to accommodate this larger format. This new corrector is capable of covering the entire field of view captured by the sensor to ensure every photon is captured through the corrective field.

In a dark sky location, one of the benefits Vespera Pro offers is the ability to capture deep sky object detail that would otherwise not be seen strictly visually. By taking images of galaxies, nebulae and star clusters and live stacking accordingly, more details (such as color and brightness contrast) start to become apparent!

Long setup times are never great for beginners or enthusiasts; they are nothing but a hassle. Luckily, the Vespera Pro can be set up in a matter of minutes to start doing what it does best! After the user adjusts the tripod legs accordingly, Vespera Pro will activate its Star Field Recognition technology and essentially align itself! That simple!

Combining the mobile device GPS, astrometry, and star pattern recognition systems, the Vaonis will calibrate itself very quickly in less than five minutes typically. Once this is complete, any object the user decides to slew to an image, it will automatically track AND autofocus!

The Vespera Pro button can be changed from blue to red which is handy to have especially when eyes adapt to the dark sky.

To prevent excessive accumulation of dew and humidity, the Vespera Pro comes preinstalled with a hygrometer sensor for anti-fog when certain temperatures and air humidity occur.

Singularity is the App Vaonis has designed that controls the Vespera Pro and guides the user on which objects to slew to and the information thereof.

The Space Center serves as an initial menu within Singularity for exploration based on the day, location, and time.
