- The Starlight Xpress MIDI Filter Wheel operates on USB, which minimizes cable clutter typically associated with external power supplies, thus making the imaging setup more streamlined.
- This configuration features a 5-position 2" carousel with T-threads (42x.75mm) for both male and female connections. The carousel can be easily removed and switched out using thumbscrews.
- Filter wheel has a diameter of 7.5".
- Spacing between male and female adapters is 1.46"

Powered via USB
The Starlight Xpress MIDI filter wheels are USB powered, thus avoiding unncessary cable clutter that would be typical with an external power supply, which would further complicate the imaging setup process. The filter wheel series include a near perfect parfocal off axis guider prism built in, thus allowing a light autoguider such as the Lodestar to be readily connected.
This configuration consists of the 5 Position 2" carousel using T-threads (42x.75mm) for both male and female. The carousel can be removed and switched via thumbscrews.
