• The HVL-46RMA utilizes a combination of materials that are heat resistant and an optimized flash algorithm for shooting at longer durations. It features a 1.7x greater resistance against overheating than the HVL-F45RM, allowing you to shoot at full power without experiencing any issues with heat.
• The HVL-F46RMA is capable of providing up to 60 frames of continuous flash with a 10 fps burst rate, and it can be operated with a compatible camera. Its built-in flash ensures that no missed frames are caused by failure of synchronization. With compatible cameras, the HVL-FM46RMA can flash sync to up to 1/8000 second.
• In High Speed Sync mode, it can maintain a shutter speed of 1/400ths to 1/8000ths. This enables you to illuminate moving subjects and deemphasize a background while using flash. When paired with an eligible camera, the system will utilize pre-flash to set each individual flash in continuous bursts, even while tracking subjects moving at fast speeds.
• When paired with a compatible camera, the HVL-F46RMA can reduce the time lag between the flash output and the shutter button, which makes it easier to capture moments that are fleeting. This feature allows you to quickly adjust the flash head's bounce angle to 180 degrees, 150 degrees, or 8 degrees down, making it ideal for shooting in various environments.
• Various parameters, such as the flash compensation ratio and shutter speed, can be set by the camera directly. You can also use a custom key to activate the flash display while looking at the viewfinder. The Multi Interface Shoe's side frame and metal shoe foot are designed to withstand the test of time.
• The HVL-F46RMA's design is built to endure the effects of moisture and dust, and it features a robust shoe sealing system for enhanced durability. Its wireless communication ensures reliable operation even in areas with obstacles and reflectors.
• It also supports multi-flash, rear-curtain sync, and slow sync. You can control up to 15 different receiver and flash units in five groups using the HVL-F46RMA. It can communicate with equipment that doesn't have a built-in wireless radio.
