FLI Hyperion Series - Sony ICX695 monochrome sensor with 25mm shutter

The FLI Hyperion HPx695 is based on the Interline Sony ICX695AL CCD sensor.
It uses an electronic shutter.
The sensor provides an active resolution of 2750 x 2200 pixels.
Each pixel measures 4.54 x 4.54 microns, yielding a large imaging area of 12.4 x 9.9 mm (15.8 mm diagonal).
The sensor supports a full well capacity of up to 17,000 electrons.
Typical readout noise is as low as 3 electrons @ 1.5 MHz.
A wide dynamic range of 74.8 dB is supported.
Cooling is provided by air as standard, with liquid cooling available as an upgrade.
Air cooling allows operation up to 55°C below ambient temperature.
Temperature stability is maintained to within 0.1°C.
Data transfer is handled through a USB 2.0 interface.
The camera outputs 16-bit image data.
Standard features include subarray readout and external trigger input/output.
Software support is provided through the FLIGrab.
The camera weighs approximately 3.4 lbs (1.5 kg).
