Antlia - H-Beta and OIII Filter - 2" Mounted - ANT-HBOIII-2
The Antlia HB-OIII filter is designed for deep-sky astrophotography and is ideal for observing night sky visual nebulae.
The Antlia HB-OIII filter features a 90 percent transmission rate at critical wavelengths, such as OIII 500.7nm, 495.9nm, and H-Beta 486.
It provides a higher contrast boost to images of various deep-sky objects, such as the Supernova Remnant, the Diffuse Nebula, and the Planetary Nebula.
In addition, it can enhance the details of the H-Beta and OIII emission lines with the help of DSLRs and astronomical cameras.
It has been coated with almost total optical density suppression on the unwanted wavelength.
The 300 to 1,000 nanometer cut-off wavelength meets the requirements of imaging cameras and enhances the IR region's suppression.
Compared to other filters, the Antlia HB OIII filter can perform better to maintain the sky's background and make it easier to observe and photograph various deep-sky astronomical objects.
Through the use of the HB-OIII filter, faint objects, such as those in the Orion Nebula and the Veil, can be easily photographed and become visible against the background of dark or light-polluted skies.
Large aperture telescopes are also recommended to capture light at night.
