2 Year Extended Service Contract
Repair Plan: You get a two-year repair program that extends the manufacturer's warranty by two years
and becomes effective two-years from the end of the manufacturer's warranty and covers manufacturer's
After the manufacturer's warranty has expired, If a product requires service , you will be provided with an
Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number , then ship the product to a Woodland Hills Camera & Telescope
Service Center at your expense - return shipping charges are paid under this contract.

original receipt number is necessary when calling the hotline.
The Customer Service Repsentative will help customer resolve the problem with their covered product. If the
problem cannot be resolved, the customer will be referred for service or issue a replacement based on the
terms and conditions of the product being covered.
Fully Transferable: Extended Warranty program is transferable. There is no charge to transfer the
contract. The original owner must request a transfer, in writing.
