Simply unscrew the existing rear cell retaining ring and replace the cover with the Cooling Angel in its place. Mewlons are notoriously vulnerable to thermal gremlins. This is a way to cut the acclimation period down by 2/3's. In most cases, the optics never even reach ambient temperatures due to fast dropping climates.
Introducing the first ever retrofittable, limited production run of Cooling Angels for all Takahashi Mewlon 250 & Mewlon 300 DK owners. Each unit is constructed from kydex and sprayed with a finish that matches Takahashi green and replaces the pre-existing cell cover. Simply slide it over the visual back and re-attach the retaining ring for a secure fit. Each unit comes equipped with three 40mm cooling fans for a smoother air flow at 14.33-cfm at an astonishing 14.00dBA. Fan rate is adjusted through a variable speed controller to eliminate micro vibrations along with a 9ft 12v DC cable, all included.
