Vibration Isolation Pads suppress the unwanted vibrations that can often plague a tripod assembly of a telescope, such as ground-based vibrations or accidental contact by an observer. Vibrations lasting as long as seven or eight seconds down to less than one second are reduced or completely eliminated, after placing one tripod leg in the center of each pad. The Vibration Isolation Pads will work effectively on any type of stable surface, such as concrete, soil, tile or even grass. Each set includes three Vibration Isolation Pads.
