This Opticstar 1.25" eyepiece is suitable for both visual observation and imaging these are all-in-one high-transmission deep sky filters.

1.25" Moon Filter with 13% light transmission from Opticstar.

For the use in CCD imaging this high-transmission filter will exclude any IR wavelengths beyond H-alpha showing a very steep desirable curve.

This Opticstar Light Pollution Filter improve contrast for all types of telescopes; especially effective on the Moon and planets where they will show additional detail. It will also darken the sky background to enhance many deep sky objects like galaxies and nebulae against a darker sky background.
