These high transparency filters from Opticstar are placed within a thin metal ring with a full 26mm clear aperture that threads into the barrel of any standard 1.25" eyepiece or filter wheel that can accept 1.25" filters.

For the use in CCD imaging this high-transmission filter will exclude any IR wavelengths beyond H-alpha showing a very steep desirable curve.
