The new Nautilus motorized filter wheels are the best way to ensure automatic and trouble free filter transitions for your imaging setup. To easily transition filters for tri-color, RGB or LRGB imaging, just load up to seven filters into the Nautilus 7x1.25" and use your imaging software to change filters automatically. Versatile threading and adapters provide several attachment methods, including T-threads for focusers with camera adapters, a removable 1.25" nosepiece to allow maximum field illumination to the camera, and a removable T-thread adapter for camera attachment.

Not only does it ensure automatic and trouble free filter transitions for your monochrome imaging setup, but it saves precious imaging time. To easily transition filters for tri-color, RGB or LRGB imaging, just load up to four filters into the Nautilus 4x2" and use your imaging software to change filters automatically. Let your PC do the work while you grab the separate exposures you need through each filter. Effectively blacken the background sky with extra-narrowband filters to produce striking, high-contrast astrophotography of emission nebulae. Orion's 2" Extra-Narrowband Sulfur-II Imaging Filter will do just that. It is ideal for use with monochrome CCD cameras like Orion's Parsec 8300M.

If you're using a monochrome CCD camera like Orion's Parsec 8300M, these specialized "line" filters are the perfect complement. Orion's 2" Oxygen-III Filter has a full-width half maximum (FWHM) bandpass of just 7nm, ensuring high-contrast images, even in heavily light-polluted or brightly moonlit skies. The filter can be used separately or in combination with a filter wheel for advanced tri-color imaging of emission nebulae.
