- I purchased this for my Lunt LS60 solar telescope and I was very impressed with the quality of this alt az mount! I especially like the slow motion worm drive controls that allow me to track the sun manually with no issues. The legs of the tripod are solid as a rock and there is a convenient compartment near the top of the tripod for storing the allen wrenches used for mounting my dovetail and adjusting the mount tension. The tripod folds up quickly and is easy to move around. I would recommend this mount package to anyone who needs a solid alt az mount. (Posted on 4/12/12)
