Objective lens is 3 elements, focusing lens is 2 elements which provides an extra flat field and distortion free viewing allowing for edge to edge sharpness. Clever design eliminates chromatic aberration. Main body is made of alloy aluminum making for a light and durable compact size. Body is rubber armouring. Nitrogen filled and 100% O-ring sealed prevents moisture, dust, and debris from getting inside the binoculars. Multi-Helicoid eyecup with three click stops allow you to precisely set the eye relief.
