Sky-Watcher USA is the new US division of SkyWatcher, a global leader in telescopes and astronomical instrumentation for the serious amateur astronomer. The SkyWatcher brand has been recognized outside of the USA for more than a decade, but has only recently become directly available in the US market. Many SkyWatcher telescopes have been marketed here in the US for over a decade under other domestic brand names. Recent changes in the industry have allowed SkyWatcher to enter the US market under their own brand name. Features of this product line previously withheld due to OEM agreements are now available to US consumers.
