Levenhuk Ra FDS-41 is a red dot finder, which allows you to find the desired object on the celestial sphere and easily center it in the field of view of your optical tube. Apart from celestial observations at night, the red dot LED with variable brightness may be used for daytime terrestrial observations.
This red dot finder has four different target patterns: you can choose between a large and a small red dot, a crosshair and a circle with a crosshair.
Levenhuk Ra FDS-41 will serve you for many years to come, as it is made of durable and reliable metal.
The aluminum mounting bracket of this finder can be used to attach this red dot finder to dovetail mounts on different optical instruments. Levenhuk Ra FDS-41 Red Dot Finder B1 may be used with telescopes of any aperture. The locking thumbscrew on the bracket has a grooved head, which allows you to easily assemble the finder even on cold nights when you are wearing gloves. This red dot finder may be used with refractors and reflectors, Newtonian telescopes on Dobsonian mounts, and Maksutov-Cassegrain optical tubes. It should not be used with Schmidt-Cassegrain optical tubes. Locking thumbscrews are included in the kit.
