Another quality of this telescope camera is that it does not compress the video stream. The video data that is captured by the CCD chip is outputted directly by the FireWire connector. Also this monochrome camera does not include an IR cut filter nor any other kind of electronic filter so it produces high resolution and quality images of the night sky.
