Explore Scientific 100° Waterproof Eyepieces

These waterproof, multi-coated eyepieces incorporate high quality refractive optics that excel in delivering high quality images. A main advantage of these eyepieces is their ability to withstand moisture because they're purged with nitrogen. Explore Scientific has each of the internal components cleaned and aligned perfectly before being being shipped. These optics are based upon EMD (Enhanced Multilayer Deposition), which along with edge-blackened material help prevent light scattering.

After being assembled, Explore Scientific interally seals each of these eyepieces and purges them with nitrogen particles to ensure all moisture is absent. They're all inspected multiple times for cleanliness and faulty areas before being sold to customers.
