These SC thread to 2" Accessory Adapters by Meade are standard components with all Meade LX400 ACF Telescopes. The Meade SC Thread to 2" Accessory Adapter allows any Schmidt or Advanced Coma Free telescope to accept 2 inch slip fit accessories, star diagonals, etc. This Meade SC Thread to 2" Accessory Adapter 07085 is required for the Meade Series 5000 2" Star Diagonal.
