Meade Advanced Ritchey-Chretien Telescopes
are now
Advanced Coma-Free (ACF) Telescopes

Meade announced on January 24, 2008 they are renaming their RCX400 line of telescopes to LX400-ACF and renaming the LX200R to LX200-ACF. Also Meade is discontinuing the use of the name "Advanced Ritchey-Chretien" for "Advanced Coma-Free".

Finally, All new LX90 telescopes from Meade are now LX90-ACF creating a new product, the LX90 mount with the Advanced Coma-Free optics instead of the Schmidt-Cassegrain design.
