While looking at the reflect light off the Moon can not physically harm the observer, the intensity can be very bright.  By adding
this filter into the optical path, the observer can relax and enjoy the many fascinating features found on our Moon. Attaching
this into the bottom of any Vixen 1.25" eyepiece while viewing a 50% or more illuminated side of the Moon, the view will be dimmed
to a more comfortable level.
