Orion StarShoot Deep Space Imaging Camera), autoguiding software (like MaxIm DL or MaxIm DL

    * Using an RJ-12 cable (10’ cable included), the adapter connects to the autoguider port of
your mount, enabling the autoguiding camera to ”talk” to the mount through the computer and
through the GPUSB
    * This adapter requires no external power source, since it receives its power via USB from
your computer


GPUSB Check is a great diagnostic program that will let you confirm the
computer-to-GPUSB-to-telescope connections are all functioning properly. For autoguiding software
packages that use ASCOM to interface to the GPUSB, you can download the ASCOM platform from
www.ascom-standards.org, then install the GPUSB ASCOM driver.
