MOTOFOCUS is an electric focus motor for precise, vibration-free focusing without the need to
touch the telescope. It is great for visual and photographic use and features variable speed for
coarse and fine adjustment. Precise positioning is accomplished through electronic braking. 
Mounting is easy with no drilling or tapping. Add the optional Digital Read Out (DRO), or Digital

What is InstaFocus™?

InstaFocus is a hand unit designed for use with computerized telescope hand controls. The
InstaFocus hand unit snaps onto the telescope′s hand unit allowing instant focus control
without the need to scroll through telescope control menus. A separate cord plugs into the
InstaFocus unit and either the telescope control panel or the MOTOFOCUS unit itself.

	

Meade ETX-90 (non-EC version), ETX-90EC, ETX-105EC

MOTOFOCUS is especially important for the ETX when viewing near Zenith (in Alt/Az mode) because
it is very hard to reach the focus knob at this position. We use miniature motors (motor and gear
box size is 1″ x 0.5″ x 0.375″!) for a very small package.
