TeleVue - Tele-Pod with Sky Tour Installed

The Tele-Pod Mount is a complete 7 lb., Alt-Az, mounting system, great for traveling with our smaller scopes.
Telescope height ranges from 28" to 62". The 2-section, black anodized, aluminum tripod legs are foam covered.
Each leg has a retractable rubber- tipped foot which reveals a metal ground spike. The center column has a
1/4-20 stud on one end and a removable 3/8-16 stud base on the other end. The Yoke & Cradle type mount head
balances your scope at its center of gravity. Because the Tele-Pod head has a built-in azimuth bearing, it can
be removed and used on any camera tripod having 1/4-20 or 3/8-16 screws. Head and tripod also sold separately.

The Sky Tour Observing System is complete with easy to follow set-up, operating and database guides and is
topped off with a FREE copy of The Deep Sky Observer's Guide by Phil Harrington. Guide to Deep Sky Observing
which includes a complete star atlas..More than just a star chart Iisting, Tom Lorenzin's 2000+ database is a
collection of interesting and observable double and triple stars, bright & dark nebulae, galaxies, star
clusters and colored stars most suited to Tele Vue telescopes.

Sky Tour object locator adds "brains" to the Gibraltar Mount's brawn. With its exclusive Lorenzin 2000+
database and refinements such as backlit button names, 10 character smooth scrolling play and advanced
